I was inspired to create this business from the desire to help others become organized and to assist seniors where services were lacking.
Hello Darlene was born shortly after I retired from a 34-year career in the financial industry and in the middle of a pandemic. I finally had some time to organize and declutter my home after years of living a busy career-&-two-kids lifestyle. Being a Professional Organizer is my dream job!
As part of the sandwich generation, my husband and I have been caring for a parent while raising two active daughters. Add on being a co-founder of a not-for-profit organization and an active volunteer in my community – time was a rare commodity. These personal experiences allowed me to identify gaps in services in the community. I knew I could help in these areas with the knowledge and skills I already had.
Drawing from all of my experiences, I have created Hello Darlene to help older adults and families. My goal is to simplify these life transitions and to share my knowledge and experience with support, respect, and compassion.
