Jennifer Aronson is a master-level social worker and registered social worker with over 26 years of experience supporting seniors, caregivers, and families across both public and private sectors. She founded ARONSON Eldercare Consulting, where she provides compassionate, practical, and highly skilled eldercare navigation and clinical support, including in complex, high-conflict family situations.
Jennifer is a registered member in excellent standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers and the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
Through her eldercare consulting work, Jennifer helps clients and families reduce stress and save time by guiding them through complex healthcare and community systems. She has extensive experience managing complex, high-conflict dynamics, facilitating communication between family members, and supporting decision-making during times of crisis and transition. Her services include care planning and coordination, home care organization, caregiver counselling, crisis intervention, communication with medical providers, housing and residential care selection, respite planning, end-of-life support, and grief counselling.
