Kimberly Olver

Kimberly is a seasoned health management leader and registered nurse with over 40 years of experience in eldercare, clinical leadership, and community health across Manitoba. She is the founder of Pathways of Care Consulting, a trusted resource for families navigating the complexities of disability supports, long-term care planning, and government programs such as the Disability Tax Credit (DTC).

Building on this foundation, Kimberly launched Pathways of Home—an in-home service and advocacy initiative designed to empower individuals with disabilities and seniors to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own communities.

Her career spans executive roles in long-term care, regional health authorities, and pandemic response teams, where she led innovative programs including Aging in Place strategies, dementia care models, and culturally sensitive services for Indigenous elders. Kimberly’s approach blends clinical precision with heartfelt advocacy, ensuring every client receives personalized, compassionate support.Through Pathways, she continues to champion inclusive care, elevate standards, and create meaningful employment opportunities for women in caregiving and healthcare roles.
